Hi Product Hunt! I'm George, the maker of Gut Friendly. Food choices can become a daily puzzle when you're trying to understand your gut symptoms. Gut Friendly brings meal logging, portion-aware FODMAP information, and symptom check-ins into one iPhone app. You can start a meal log with a photo, review the suggested ingredients and portions, look up foods, and keep a diary of what you ate and how you felt. The aim is to make that daily record easier to keep and more useful to look back on. It's an educational self-management tool, not a diagnosis. I'd love you to try it and tell me where it could be clearer or more helpful. What's the hardest part of keeping a food and symptom diary for you?
