GumStory

Plan work, run tests, and send daily status in one place

GumStory keeps planning, testing, and status reporting in one place for software teams. The daily status report is built from the work that got done that day (status changes, closed items, test runs), so nobody stays late writing it. Plan sprints, run test cases, track progress on graph dashboards, and connect Jira if your team uses it. Open on the web, no sign ups.

Hey Product Hunt,

GumStory started from a simple annoyance: planning lived in one tool, testing in another, and the daily status update got typed by hand every evening, usually by whoever stayed late.

So it puts the three in one place for software teams. Plan sprints, write and run test cases, and the daily status report assembles itself from the work that actually got done that day (status changes, closed items, test runs). Dashboards for scrum, QA, product, and exec views update as the work moves. It also drafts user stories, bugs, and test cases from a short note, and connects to Jira when a team already uses it.

It's open on the web with no sign-up, and there's a demo project loaded so you can click around: https://gumstory.com/explore?utm_source=producthunt

Would value honest feedback from this community, what's confusing, what's missing, what you'd expect that isn't there. Happy to answer anything here.
