Hello 👋 I'm Rasika, founder and maker of Gully League. I'm very excited to share this new product with all of you. Gully League is a first of it's kind software, which lets hobby cricketers and league managers record their Cricket matches ball-by-ball. It will also provide live scorecards which can be shared with spectators. Using the historic data, Gully League can also serve curated Player and Team profiles which will showcase their performance and achievements. ⛔️ The Problem Cricket is a numbers heavy sport. When you follow top-level cricket, you get to see fancy live scorecards with all the information which helps the viewer get an idea of the game's situation. They would also use historic data to visualise various statistics (Eg. how well a batsman has been performing recently). But all of that is lost when it comes to your local (or even backyard) Cricket matches. 🏏 The Solution With Gully League, users can setup their teams and players, and use the score keeping tool to record a cricket match ball-by-ball. Gully League will then provide a beautiful live scorecard similar to what you would see for an international Cricket match, which can be shared with spectators or anyone interested. Gully League will also use the match history to curate team and player profiles showcasing their performance and achievements using the data. Features include (but not limited to): - Manage teams and a roster of regular players - Set the number of overs and start a new match, and use the score keeping tool to record the cricket match ball-by-ball - View and share live scorecards with spectators - View and share team and player profiles with statistics based on historical data Some planned upcoming features: - Manage multiple leagues - Add extra administrators with access to your league - Configure seasons, and get access to automatic points tables - Sign up as a Player, and create/customise your player profile with aggregated data from across different leagues. 🙏 Our Ask 1. If you play Cricket regularly with your friends, or manage a local Cricket club, please get in touch with. 2. Please share this post with anyone who you think might find this relevant, we'd love to get in touch and help them.
