Just turn Guidemaker on, and the app records your browser actions + automatically generates an instant guide using AI. The best part? Guidemaker is 100% free to use for unlimited guides and integrates with all your favorite tools like WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Confluence, and of course — Tettra :) Figured I'd get ahead of a few questions you might have: ❓ Why did we build Guidemaker? My other company is Tettra — an internal knowledge base for teams that use Slack. Many of our prospects are excited about using Tettra to answer repetitive questions and onboard new teammates faster, but they often get hung up on creating the actual documentation. We wanted to make that easier, so we built Guidemaker to automatically create guides while you're working. ❓ Why is Guidemaker free? We built Guidemaker to help our own customers and figured others might benefit too. The cost to run it is relatively low, and we couldn’t find any great free options to recommend for guide-building — so we decided to release it for free. ❓ What’s next on the roadmap? We haven’t officially announced these features in our changelog (https://guidemaker.com/changelog) yet, but we just added a "presentation mode" that lets you share or embed your guides as slideshows. We're also wrapping up AI-generated step descriptions and audio narration for that view. After that, we're adding the concept of Teams — so you can create private guides visible only to specific people you invite or others at your company.
