I built gtmsimulator.com 🎮 Growing up, I was obsessed with games like SimCity 🏗️ and Where in the World Is Carmen Sandiego? 🌍 There was something magical about making decisions and watching a whole system react. Then real life became the game. I've spent my career building products, closing deals, running GTM motions, doing partnerships, and figuring out sales pipelines the hard way. And I kept thinking… where's the game for THIS? 🤔 Not a course. Not a case study. A game. One where you actually feel the tradeoffs: → Do you hire engineers or salespeople first? → Do you go PLG or outbound? → Do you raise now or stretch the runway? 💰 → Do you take the acquisition offer or swing for IPO? 🚀 It didn't exist. So I built it. GTM Simulator is a free AI-powered game where you take a B2B SaaS startup from a $500K seed round all the way to IPO. In the current era of AI, I also decided where your company can 'Buy AI Tokens' and spend it. Just like in real world, it sometimes will give amazing results and sometimes it just falls flat! Every month you make real decisions hiring, product, fundraising, go-to-market channels. Then AI simulates the consequences. Markets shift. Competitors attack. Your team burns out. Customers churn.
