We built GrowBit AI HR BP because hiring teams often have to decide who to interview based mostly on resumes. That is slow, subjective, and does not show how a candidate thinks, answers role-specific questions, or fits the work context.
GrowBit turns pre-interview assessment into a simple workflow:
- enter the role and business area
- choose Profile, Cognitive, or Psychological tests
- add candidate emails
- send personal test links
- get PDF reports with answers, strengths, risks, and a next-step recommendation
Candidates do not need to create an account. Each test has the same rules, including a time limit and safeguards against pasted answers. HR gets both the AI analysis and the raw questions/answers for transparency.
Our goal is not to replace recruiters or hiring managers. It is to give them a clearer signal before the interview, so interviews become more focused and hiring decisions are better informed.
