For years I ran IT teams while my actual work was scattered across five tabs, tasks in one tool, notes in another, the calendar in Outlook, dashboards in a spreadsheet, time tracking nowhere. Every tool was either too heavy (endless setup, built for engineers) or too loose (a blank page isn't a system). I spent more time switching between them than doing the work.
So I built Gript.app: one workspace where tasks, notes, dashboards, calendar, and time tracking actually live together. Flexible boards for the work, a real notebook for docs, dashboards for the overview, and the part I care about most, it syncs with Outlook and handles time tracking and team capacity, which most "all‑in‑one" tools just don't.
