Grandpa Games is a no-ads collection of memory games, social party games, logic puzzles, and relaxing smartphone skill games.
Living with my grandparents, who are no longer able to go out much and spend a lot of time on their phones. I became frustrated with the games available on the App Store, since many of them have annoying ads and are not very elderly-friendly.
So I started vibe coding a game collection in Flutter and tested it with my grandma and some friends. It was actually quite fun to focus mainly on the UX, watch people use the app, write down what I’d change to make it easier, and then have Codex implement those changes.
I started back in January and have now published a version I’m quite happy with. I’d love to get more eyes on it and collect feedback.
If you use the code ALLGAMESJUNE14, you can unlock all games from the start until June 14.
