I built GramLead around a simple observation: many small businesses already run sales through Telegram, but traditional CRMs require them to build pipelines, configure automations, and constantly keep everything updated.
GramLead takes a different approach. Connect one Telegram Business account, keep chatting normally, and GramLead organizes eligible new conversations into leads, reply reminders, follow-ups, pipeline stages, suggested responses, and daily reports. There are no CRM workflows to configure, and nothing is sent to a customer without your confirmation.
My goal is to make CRM feel invisible—useful when you need it, but never another system you have to maintain.
I’d especially appreciate feedback from people who sell or support customers through Telegram. What would make GramLead genuinely useful in your daily workflow?
