GEO platform: track AI mentions, citations & site audit
AI SEO platform for brand visibility in AI search — site audit, AI Brand Monitor, mention dashboards, citation analysis, and GEO content in one workflow.
Why we built this I'm Carter, solo maker behind gptmelo.
I kept opening ChatGPT, asking buyer-style questions, and hoping our brand would show up. Sometimes it did. Often a competitor did — with sources we had never heard of.
Traditional SEO tools could not answer that. Rankings and traffic do not tell you what an AI assistant actually says when someone asks "What's the best tool for X?"
So we built gptmelo — a GEO workflow to measure and improve brand visibility in AI answers.
The problem we're solving Teams doing GEO today usually juggle:
Manual spot-checks in ChatGPT
Spreadsheets for mention tracking
Separate tools for site audit and content
No clear view of which sources shape AI responses
We wanted one place to:
Monitor — run the AI Brand Monitor on real buyer questions and see full replies, mention status, and competitors cited
Diagnose — audit your site for GEO readiness and see which domains/pages get cited in your category
Act — turn insights into GEO-oriented articles with reusable writing styles
Not a black-box score. Real answers, real sources, one workflow.
How the product evolved We started with a simple question: "Is our brand mentioned on this query?" Early users pushed us further. They did not just want yes/no — they wanted:
Citation-level detail (which URLs AI trusts)
Archived monitor runs to track trends over time
A path from insight → content, not another dashboard that ends in a export
So we added site audit, content scoring, and article generation into the same workspace. We also shipped try-before-signup on the homepage — paste your URL for a brand mention preview or site audit without an account.
Try it today No signup: paste your site on the homepage for a quick preview Free tier: set up one brand, track questions, and run your first monitor workflow
Would love your feedback — especially on what questions you would track for your own brand, and whether the citation view is useful for your content or PR planning.
Thanks for checking us out 🙏
