We started GPTinf because our own blog drafts kept coming back from editors with "this sounds like ChatGPT." Every humanizer we tried had the same failure: to get the detector score down, it pushed the text toward casual register — and the piece stopped sounding like the person who wrote it.
So we didn't build on top of an LLM. The engine restructures sentences at the grammatical level: new subject, different verb constructions, clauses repositioned, sentences merged or split. The training objective penalizes quality degradation, which is the part most tools skip.
Then we stopped sending people to a second tab to check the result. The detector runs automatically after every rewrite and shows pass/fail across 8 detectors right under the output. Plagiarism checker, grammar checker, paraphraser, and readability checker are in the same platform.
A few honest limitations, because you'll find them anyway:
— Detectors update constantly. Nobody can promise a permanent result, and we don't.
— The readability checker is a single Flesch score, not a multi-formula report.
— No API and no browser extension yet. It's the most common request we get.
