We built Gorya because we've been there — starting out in the gym with no idea what to do, what to eat, or how to progress. The information exists today, but it's scattered across 5 different apps, Reddit threads, and ChatGPT tabs.
We wanted one place where a beginner (or anyone serious about training) can track workouts, scan meals, and actually ask questions to an AI coach that knows their history — no tab-switching, no copy-pasting your stats into an external app.
The gorilla mascot wasn't planned. He just showed up early in the design and never left. Turns out Gorya has more personality than most fitness apps combined.
We're a team of 3 founders and we've poured a lot into this first version. Today feels like the right moment to share it with you.
