Hi Product Hunt, I’m Ming, the maker of GoodTrans.
I built GoodTrans because long AI translations often fail in boring ways: terms drift, headings shift, names change, numbers get lost, and the final output is hard to review.
GoodTrans focuses on the full document delivery workflow:
- upload TXT, Markdown, PDF, or pasted text
- add language, style, locale, and terminology guidance
- let the task run asynchronously
- receive editable Markdown/TXT, a bilingual review file, and a quality report by email
It supports translation across 100+ languages, including many hard-to-source language needs. New accounts get 800 trial Credits, enough to test the complete workflow on a short real document.
GoodTrans is not certified human translation, and high-stakes legal, medical, or publication work should still receive qualified human review. The goal is to make serious document translation faster, more editable, and easier to inspect.
