Go There
Turn Instagram DMs into a map of places to visit
You see a reel of an amazing restaurant, DM it to yourself, and never go. Go There fixes that: forward any Instagram DM, Reel, TikTok, YouTube video or Maps link, and it auto-extracts the real place onto your personal map. Then plan trips around them with AI. Zero friction.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built Go There to fix my own dumb habit.
For years I'd see a reel of a great café or a hidden restaurant, DM it to myself "to visit later"… and then it'd vanish into my DM graveyard. Saving one properly meant: open reel → find the name → switch to Maps → search → save. Way too much friction for something I did 10x a week. So I just didn't.
Go There removes every step. You forward the DM to a bot, and the place shows up on your own map — no opening an app, no copy-pasting. It works across 7 channels: Instagram DMs, Reels, Stories, posts, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Maps links. It reads the content, figures out which place is being talked about, verifies it, and pins it.
Once places are on your map, you can let the AI plan a trip or a themed list around them.
As far as I know we're the only app that saves straight from an Instagram DM — that's the part early users love most.
It's live on iOS + Android. I'd genuinely love your feedback — what would make this a daily-use app for you? Happy to answer anything about how the place-extraction works under the hood 🙏
