GLPantry
GLP-1 groceries, scored and delivered
GLPantry is a free iPhone app for people taking GLP-1 medications. Browse 3,500+ grocery products scored for a GLP-1 lifestyle, from protein per calorie, fiber, sugar, and fat, and re-rank the whole catalog by goal: Max protein, Stay regular, Queasy day, Sweet fix. Curated lists like a first-week starter pantry go to Instacart in one tap. In the store, scan any barcode to see the same score and a flag for sugar alcohols. At home, type in what's in your kitchen and get protein-first meal ideas.

Hi Product Hunt, I'm [name], maker of GLPantry. I built it because I couldn't find anything like this in the market. When you're on a GLP-1, you eat a lot less, so every bite has to count. The core of GLPantry is a catalog of about 3,500 grocery products, each scored on protein per calorie, fiber, sugar, and fat, that you can re-rank by goal and send to Instacart in one tap, either one product or a whole curated list. In the store, you scan a barcode and get the same score, plus a flag for sugar alcohols in the ingredient list. There's also a "what can I make" feature that turns whatever is in your fridge into protein-first meal ideas, and a home-screen widget. A few things I'm proud of: - Each food is judged by its role. Chicken is scored on protein density, raspberries on fiber, broth on being light. A single formula for everything gave silly results. - Meal ideas come from Claude with a strict guardrail: it describes the food, never how it will make you feel. Every health statement in the app traces back to a public source listed at glpantry.app/sources. - No accounts, no ads. Your lists stay on your phone. It took four App Store rejections and an appeal to ship, which I'm happy to talk about. Free on iPhone: https://apps.apple.com/app/glpan... I'd love to hear which products you think it scores wrong, and what you'd want it to do next.
