I'm Leona, a lash artist from London and the founder of GlowHQ. GlowHQ didn't start because I wanted to build software. It started because I realised I was running my business from my head.
I knew which client was getting married, who preferred natural lashes, who always forgot to rebook, when I needed to order adhesive, what my monthly revenue target was and about a hundred other little details.
The problem was that none of it lived in one place.
Some information was in my booking system, some in Notes, some in spreadsheets, some in WhatsApp, some in memberships and some simply lived in my memory.
Every admin day felt like trying to piece together my own business.
Then I realised I wasn't the only one.
Every beauty founder I spoke to had the same experience: great booking software, but no single place to truly understand their business, strengthen client relationships or see where growth opportunities were hiding.
So I started building the tool I wished existed.
