In the age of AI, our mental state is becoming the bottleneck. We now have incredibly capable models that can write code, automate busywork, and give us hours back. But none of that matters if we cannot focus, trust ourselves, and follow through. That is why I built Glow. Glow brings affirmations and binaural beats directly into my editor, helping me stay calm, focused, and intentional while I work. Over the past week, it has changed how I work with AI. Instead of just waiting for agents to finish, I can use that gap between giving them direction and getting the work back to invest in myself, my inner thoughts, and my mindset. While AI works on the code, I can work on myself.
