Hey Product Hunt 👋 I built GlassChat because I wanted an AI chat app that feels like it shipped with macOS. Most chat clients are web wrappers; this one is pure SwiftUI with Liquid Glass, a real sidebar, and native controls. What it does: • Works with any OpenAI-compatible API: OpenAI, OpenRouter, or local models through Ollama and LM Studio • Streams answers with Markdown, syntax-highlighted code and LaTeX math • Takes images, audio, PDFs and code by paste, drag and drop, or the paperclip • Connects to MCP tools, both local processes and remote services • Lets you edit, retry or branch from any message • Keeps chats on your Mac, with API keys in the macOS Keychain It's free and open source. It needs macOS 26 and Apple silicon. I'd love to hear which models and features you'd like next!
