GigHz Precision AI
Radiology dictation that remembers Bosniak at 4pm.
GigHz Precision AI structures radiology dictation into Technique, Findings, Impression and Recommendations, and when the dictated details are sufficient it surfaces the relevant scoring support inline: LI-RADS, Lung-RADS, Fleischner, Bosniak v2019, adrenal washout, TI-RADS, BI-RADS and PI-RADS. It works on the report, not the image. It does not read pixels, replace PACS or RIS, or finalize anything. The AI drafts, the radiologist reviews and signs, and each category traces back to its criteria.
The hard part of radiology was never knowing the guideline exists. It is applying the right framework consistently when the list is long and the day is longer. At 4pm, on the twentieth CT, remembering the exact Bosniak criteria is the thing that slips.
So I built the scoring support into the reporting pass instead of a separate reference tab. You dictate; if the findings contain enough detail, the relevant framework surfaces with its criteria attached.
It deliberately does not read pixels or finalize anything. The radiologist reviews, edits and signs, and every confirmed category is traceable back to the criteria that produced it, which is a more defensible trail than a free-text impression.
I use it daily in my own practice. I'd value feedback from other radiologists on which frameworks are worth surfacing and which would just be noise.
