I’m excited to share **GetRealLeads LeadScore Sheet** with you today.
The idea came from a simple but painful observation:
Most businesses are not struggling because they have *no leads*.
They are struggling because they do not know **which leads are actually worth calling first**.
A lot of teams generate leads from ads, website forms, LinkedIn, referrals, cold email, or CRM exports. But after those leads arrive, everything often becomes messy:
- sales teams chase low-quality leads,
- hot leads are followed up too late,
- campaigns are judged by lead volume instead of revenue,
- founders do not know which sources actually create pipeline,
- and CRMs or spreadsheets become difficult to trust.
I originally started thinking about building a full lead generation and scoring platform. But before building software, I wanted to validate the workflow in the simplest possible way.
So the idea evolved into a free Google Sheet that helps B2B teams do the basics really well:

✅ Track follow-ups
✅ Measure sales response time

The goal is not to create another complicated sales tool.
The goal is to help founders, agencies, and sales teams build a simple habit:

This launch is also part of a larger validation journey. I’m using this free template to learn from real users before building an automated version of GetRealLeads.
