Born from a real problem: last-mile delivery where road conditions are unpredictable (snow, landslides, closures), and static maps fall short. Built with Node/Express, Supabase, Gemini 3.6 Flash, and Leaflet.js. Originally built solo for a hackathon, now packaged so other devs can skip building this layer from scratch.
I'm from Kashmir, where road disruption — snow, landslides, seasonal closures — makes last-mile delivery genuinely unpredictable. Most logistics tools assume stable infrastructure, and that assumption just doesn't hold here.
I originally built the core of this for the Far Away 2026 hackathon: an AI-powered system (Node/Express, Supabase, Gemini 3.6 Flash, Leaflet.js) that dynamically reroutes deliveries instead of relying on a static map. After the hackathon, I generalized it into GeoSync — a route intelligence starter kit any developer can drop into their own logistics or delivery project.
