Genlook Virtual try-on API

Add AI virtual try-on to any app in two API calls

Genlook is an AI virtual try-on engine behind a simple REST API and TypeScript SDK. Two HTTP calls 1. upload a photo, 2. run the try-on and your users see themselves wearing any product. It works with plain 2D product images. Drop it into any store, app, or custom flow, with an MCP server for AI agents too.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Thibault, the founder of Genlook. Six months ago I launched Genlook as a Shopify app, a try-on button on the product page where shoppers upload a selfie and instantly see themselves wearing the product. Merchants liked what it did to conversion and returns… but the same message kept hitting my inbox: "Can I get this as an API?" It came from WooCommerce stores, mobile apps, custom storefronts, and lately, people building AI shopping agents. So I pulled the engine out of the Shopify app and shipped it on its own. Genlook Virtual Try-On API. The whole integration is two HTTP calls: upload the customer photo, run the try-on. It works with the flat 2D product images you already have. And since everyone's building agents now, an MCP server too, so Claude or Cursor can run a try-on as a tool.
