Gasket
The control layer for AI agents
Gasket gives AI agents identity, permissions, policies, approvals, and audit trails through an API, so developers can let agents take real actions without giving them unrestricted access.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I’m Nathan, the founder of Gasket.
AI agents are moving beyond answering questions. They’re starting to call APIs, modify data, send messages, trigger workflows, and take real actions.
But giving an agent access to a system shouldn’t mean giving it unlimited authority.
I built Gasket as a control layer between AI agents and the systems they interact with.
With Gasket, developers can give agents their own identity, define permissions and policies, require human approval for sensitive actions, manage credentials, and inspect what happened after a request.
The idea is:
agent → Gasket → policy → action → result
I’m especially interested in hearing from developers building AI agents:
How are you currently controlling what your agents are allowed to do?
Gasket is live, and I’d genuinely love feedback.

Who hunted Gasket?
Gasket was hunted by Nathan Johnson. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
