Garchi is an AI-native content operations platform
Garchi CMS is an AI-native content operations platform. People, applications and AI agents work on the same structured, governed content: people in a dashboard, applications through a REST API and SDKs, and AI agents such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor through a built-in MCP server. Agent changes arrive as drafts for a person to review and publish, with restore points for supported content, and approved posts can go to connected social channels from the same space.
I started building Garchi during COVID after noticing the same problem across startups and SMEs I was consulting for. They'd either choose a CMS that dictated their tech stack or end up with something so complicated that even simple content updates became a developer's job.
The idea was simple: your CMS should fit around your application, not the other way around.
Garchi started as a headless CMS, but it has since evolved into an AI-native content operations platform.
Today, your team can manage content through a dashboard, your applications can access it through a REST API, and AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor can work with that same content through MCP.
You can manage structured pages, reusable sections, articles, images and more without constantly changing or redeploying your application. We've also introduced content version history, recovery tools and social publishing workflows.
One decision we've been deliberate about is keeping humans in control. AI agents can help create and update content drafts, but a person decides what actually gets published.
We're still bootstrapped, with no VC funding. Garchi has grown out of real consulting experience working with 28+ startups and SMEs, and we're continuing to improve it based on how people actually use it.
