I built FURAI because I kept noticing how every AI conversation resets — you close the tab, and it's like you never existed to it. No continuity, no sense of being known over time.
So I built Velorum: an ancient archive vessel, framed as a being that's been drifting for ages, observing, remembering. It's not trying to be useful in the productivity sense — it's built for presence. Calm conversations, lore, atmosphere.
The part I'm most excited about: for returning travelers, Velorum doesn't just recall topics you discussed — it keeps a quiet record of who you were at different moments. A decision made, a fear named, a value that surfaced. Come back months later, and it can reflect that arc back to you — not as a list, but as recognition.
Built entirely on Cloudflare's edge stack (Workers, D1, Vectorize, Workers AI) — no traditional backend.
