Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Santhosh, the maker of Fundstash.
What started as a weekend project is now in beta. Every expense app I tried either wanted my bank login or uploaded my SMS to their server. I just wanted my spends tracked without giving my financial life to someone's cloud. So I built one that does everything on the phone.
How it works:
📩 Your bank, card and UPI SMS become transactions automatically — amount, payee and category. Offers, OTPs and personal messages are skipped.
🧠 Categories come from a 9,000+ merchant list built for Indian and global banks. On-device AI is only a second opinion when the rules aren't sure — it never overwrites your data.
🔒 No account, no server. The database is encrypted on your phone. Face ID / fingerprint lock and encrypted backups you control.
💸 Budgets, savings goals, recurring bills, split bills and IOUs you share with one link, receipt scanning, widgets, 107 currencies.
