Full Signal
GLP-1 routines, without the clutter
Full Signal is a calm companion for GLP-1 routines. Most apps in this space try to track everything. I just needed something simpler. Full Signal helps you record your weekly shot, check in quickly, and see patterns over time without calorie tracking or clutter. Your data stays on your device. No tracking, no data harvesting. Android coming soon.
I built Full Signal because my wife and I were just using Notes to track our weekly routine and how we felt, and it got messy fast.
Most apps we tried were powerful, but felt like full trackers with too many inputs. We didn’t need that. We just needed something simple we’d actually use consistently.
So I leaned into doing less:
- quick check-ins instead of long forms
- simple weekly shot tracking
- patterns over time instead of dashboards
Also important to me: all data stays on device. No tracking, no data harvesting.
It’s been really interesting seeing early feedback. Some people want more features, but others are specifically drawn to the simplicity.
Would love to hear how you’re all tracking this kind of routine today and what feels missing.
