Hey Product Hunt, Ky here, solo founder of Fulfile. I built this after watching digital sellers on Shopify hit the same wall over and over. A customer buys a multi-file pack, the download limit is counted per ORDER, they grab a few files, hit the cap, and get locked out of the rest they already paid for. That becomes a support ticket and a refund request. Fulfile counts download limits per FILE instead, so every file has its own budget and nobody loses access to something they paid for. On every paid Shopify order it sends a branded, secure download link automatically, so you never email a file by hand again. A few other things I cared about: flat pricing with no storage or bandwidth metering so your bill never surprises you, files up to 10GB, PDF watermarking with the buyer's details to deter resharing, audio previews that do not burn a download, and a real free plan rather than a crippled trial. It is just me building this, so I would genuinely love your honest feedback: what is confusing, what is missing, what would make you switch.
