FuelBar for Mac and Windows
Every AI coding limit, on the edge of your screen.
FuelBar sits on the edge of your screen and shows how much of your Claude, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, Freebuff and Antigravity limits you’ve used. It warns you at 80% and says when a session finishes. No account needed. Pay once for Mac and Windows.
Hi Product Hunt, I’m Aswin, and this is FuelBar (it was called Usage Meter until last week).
If you use Claude, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, Freebuff or Antigravity every day, you probably know the moment a session stops mid-task because a limit ran out. FuelBar is a small always-on-top pill that shows how much of each limit you’ve used, so you can pace yourself before that happens.
What it does:
Live sessions: the pill lights up while a tool is working and ticks green when it finishes. On a Mac it lives in the notch.
Warnings: it tells you at 80% used, and again when a limit resets.
Hover for detail: every limit window, its percentage and when it resets.
Colour by use: green under 40%, yellow from 40%, orange from 70%, red from 90%.
Yours to arrange: drag it to any edge, hide tools you don’t use, resize it from 70% to 160%.
Privacy: there is no account and no server of our own. Tokens are read from your own profile folder and sent only to each tool’s own service. FuelBar never stores them.
Pricing: you pay once and get both the Windows app (Windows 10 or 11) and the Mac app (macOS 14 or newer).
I’d love feedback, especially on which limits you wish it showed that it doesn’t yet. I’ll be in the comments all day.
