Originally, my goal was to assemble a team with which we could take small steps towards big projects. We discussed our resources and deadlines with the guys. We organized a brainstorming session, found an idea, and began conducting interviews with clients. Based on custdev result, we made a hypothesis and started developing this modest application.
We pursued 3 main objectives at this stage:
- bond as a team
- gain experience in development and optimizing for the app store
- achieve this in the shortest possible time frame for us.
