We built the FreeWWW Professional Color Picker because choosing a color often leads to several additional tasks: converting formats, checking accessibility, finding matching colors, and creating gradients.
The project started as a simple visual picker with HEX and RGB values. We expanded it to support HSL, CMYK, opacity, color names, brightness, and luminance. We then added WCAG contrast checks, harmony generation, saved color history, random colors, and an eyedropper for sampling directly from the screen.
The gradient generator creates linear or radial combinations and provides ready-to-copy CSS.
Our goal is to give designers, developers, artists, and content creators one practical workspace for selecting and implementing colors. Which color feature should we add next?
