FreeWWW Encoder Decoder
Encode and decode text across seven popular formats
Encode and decode Base64, URLs, HTML entities, hexadecimal, binary, ROT13, and Morse code in one browser-based tool. It supports UTF-8 characters, live conversion, automatic format detection, swapping, copying, and downloading results. Everything runs locally in your browser, so your text is never sent to a server. Free to use with no registration.
We built the FreeWWW Encoder/Decoder Multi-Tool because switching between separate tools for Base64, URL encoding, hexadecimal, binary, HTML entities, ROT13, and Morse code was unnecessarily slow.
The project began as a simple Base64 converter. We gradually expanded it into a two-way, UTF-8-safe toolkit with live results, automatic format detection, input and output swapping, copying, and downloadable results.
Privacy also became a key part of our approach. All conversions happen locally in the user’s browser, so submitted text is never uploaded to a server.
Our goal is to give developers, students, writers, and technical users one fast and convenient place for everyday encoding and decoding tasks. We would love to hear which format we should support next!
