FreeLabels Desktop
Everything you need to go from product list to printed label
FreeLabels Desktop is a free, offline label design application for Windows, macOS, and Linux. Import your product list, generate GST-ready barcode and QR labels, preview your sheet live, and print or export straight to PDF, ZPL, or TSPL.
FreeLabels was born from a simple observation: many small businesses, retailers, warehouses, and manufacturers need to print barcode and QR code labels every day, but the available software is often expensive, locked behind subscriptions, or unnecessarily complex.
We wanted to create a solution that anyone could download and use immediately without paying licence fees or spending hours learning complicated software. Our goal was to make professional label design and printing accessible to everyone—from small shop owners and e-commerce sellers to inventory managers and manufacturing teams.
Today, FreeLabels lets users create labels with text, barcodes, QR codes, images, and Excel data, then export them as PDF, ZPL, or TSPL for a wide range of thermal printers—all completely free.

Who hunted FreeLabels Desktop?
FreeLabels Desktop was hunted by mindnotion venture.
