A daily streak keeps you consistent, and your reading time grows a tree - canopy fills in with the real covers of books you finish. Set weekly/monthly goals and track pages-per-minute over time. Free to start, one-time $4.99 unlock for the full experience - no subscription.

Hey Product Hunt! 👋

I'm Jayden, solo dev behind Foxlit. This is my first real app - built solo in Flutter over the past few months while in school.

I made Foxlit because every reading tracker I tried had the same problem: no real structure, or so much subscription/streak-guilt pressure that I resented the app itself. Reviews of the popular ones showed I wasn't alone.

So Foxlit is one simple loop: read, time it, jot a quick note if you want. No ads, no subscription - $4.99 once, and everything's yours.

What I'm most proud of is the reading forest - a tree drawn entirely in code that grows with your reading time, its canopy filling in with the real covers of the books you finish.

I tested this with a small group of readers on Reddit who caught some great bugs pre-launch. Now I'd love this community's take - what's confusing, what's missing, what you'd want. I'll be in the comments all day.
