Hi Product Hunt,
I’m opening Fortune in Early Public Beta today.
Fortune started from a simple question: can the internet still create softer, more unexpected moments between people who have never met?
Most online products are built around targeting, ranking, optimization, and attention. Fortune tries a different direction. It lets someone write a short anonymous message, optionally add a music link, and quietly pass it into the world. Someone else may discover it through the service.
The experience starts with kind messages. Music can carry feelings that words alone cannot. Small coins add another quiet form of support, without turning the product into a direct payment or remittance tool.
This is still early. There may be rough edges, bugs, or wording that needs to be clearer. I would really appreciate feedback on:
- Whether the concept is easy to understand
- How the product feels across different countries and cultures
- Whether the wording feels gentle, clear, and safe
- How the random-discovery experience could grow without targeting or profiling
I’m also interested in meeting people who want to test it, share it, or explore future partner/sponsor participation in a clearly labeled, non-invasive way.
