Formpey

Collect responses. Collect payments.

Every event organizer, coaching institute, and community in India duct-tapes Google Forms + a Razorpay link + a spreadsheet to collect fees. Formpey replaces all three: build a form, add a payment field, publish — done. Payments are native, not bolted on. Reconciliation is automatic and load-tested at 287 req/s, with per-owner webhook secrets and insert-first idempotency, so nothing silently double-charges or falls through the cracks

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Pankaj, a solo frontend engineer — I got laid off in May and instead of only grinding interviews, I started building. The problem is simple: in India, if you want to collect money through a form — event tickets, coaching batch fees, workshop registrations — there's no good option. Google Forms can't take payments. Razorpay payment links have no form logic. So everyone duct-tapes both together with a spreadsheet to manually match UPI screenshots to who actually paid. I watched enough people do this by hand and got tired of it. Formpey is forms with UPI payments built in, not bolted on. Add a payment field like any other question, publish, and responses arrive already reconciled — no spreadsheet matching. It's not a payment button slapped on a form. I load-tested the reconciliation system to 287 req/s and built it on a proper transition-table architecture for payment state, with per-owner webhook secrets and insert-first idempotency — so double-charges and missed webhooks aren't a "hope it works" situation. This is v1, built lean on purpose. Free tier is unlimited forms with Formpey branding; Pro is ₹199/mo for custom branding + custom redirection URL + more than 10MB file upload. I'd genuinely love your feedback — what's confusing, what's missing, what would make you actually switch from your current setup. I'm in the comments all day.
