FormFlow

Form backend that keeps the leads your form refused

Point any HTML form at one URL. FormFlow receives, filters, stores and forwards each submission. When your own settings turn a real person away, it keeps the submission and names the one setting change that would win the most of them back.

Hi Product Hunt, I'm Basem, and I build FormFlow on my own. I built it because a form on someone else's site fails silently: when it starts turning real people away, the visitor sees an error and leaves, and the site owner never hears about it. I wanted a form backend that reports what it refused, not just what arrived. FormFlow is a headless form backend. You point any HTML form at one URL, and it receives, filters, stores and forwards each submission. Every plan, Free included, gets a spam filter that learns each form from your own corrections, signed webhooks, a daily, weekly or monthly digest, and CSV, XLSX and JSON export. What's different is what happens to submissions that don't get through. Your own settings, like an origin allowlist or a strict field schema, sometimes turn a real person away, and on someone else's site nobody tells you. FormFlow keeps those as Refused submissions and names the one setting change that would recover the most of them without rejecting anything you already accepted. It also emails you when a form goes quiet or starts refusing. One honest trade-off: FormFlow is hosted only. There's no self-hosted version, and your data lives on one server in Frankfurt. Your exit is full export plus webhooks. Launch offer: 75% off your first 3 months on any paid plan with code PRODUCTHUNT, for two weeks. My question for you: when a form on a client's site stops working, how do you find out today?
