FormatDog
PDF, image, and Office tools — nothing ever uploaded
22 free PDF and file tools that run entirely in your browser. Merge, split, protect, sign, and convert files with no uploads, no signup, and no daily limits.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built FormatDog because I kept needing a quick PDF/image tool and kept hitting the same wall: upload your file, wait, hope the site's not doing something shady with it, hit a daily limit, get nagged to sign up.
So everything here runs entirely in your browser — merging, compressing, OCR, background removal, PDF ↔ Word/Excel/PowerPoint, even a GPS-tagging camera tool for field work. Your file never touches a server, because there isn't one in the loop at all. No signup, no daily cap, free.
Would love feedback on which tool is most/least useful to you, and what's still missing — that's genuinely how the next batch of features gets picked.

Who hunted FormatDog?
FormatDog was hunted by saurabh b. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post.
