Form: Daily Fitness
Your Apple Watch already knows. Form tells you.
Form turns your Apple Watch data into one honest daily recommendation; no logging, no manual input. It tracks Zone 2 cardio, HRV, sleep debt, training load (ACWR), and strength balance, then answers the only question that matters: what should I do today?
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built Form because I was drowning in fitness data and still had no idea what to do with it.
My Apple Watch was capturing everything, HRV, Zone 2 minutes, resting heart rate, sleep, VO₂ max but none of it translated into a decision. I'd open Apple Health, see a wall of numbers, and close it again.
Form fixes that. Every morning it reads all of that data and gives you one sentence: rest today, push tomorrow, you're on track. No logging. No subjective mood ratings. No setup.
A few things I'm particularly proud of:
→ Load ratio (ACWR): it tracks your training load vs. your 28-day baseline. Sudden spikes, not raw volume, are what cause injuries. Most fitness apps ignore this entirely.
→ Honest about gaps: if your Watch was off for a few days, Form doesn't fabricate a recommendation. It tells you it's easing back.
→ Zero servers: your HealthKit data never leaves your phone. No account, no sync, no analytics. I mean it.
The app is free to try. Would love to hear what you think, especially if you're already deep into Zone 2 training or HRV tracking. Happy to answer anything 🙏
