I built ForgeYourFit because I was frustrated with fitness calculator sites that bombard you with ads, force you to sign up, or give you inaccurate numbers based on outdated formulas.
The problem was simple: getting a quick, reliable answer to "how many calories did I burn?" or "what should my macros be?" shouldn't require creating an account or sitting through pop-ups.
So I built the tool I always wanted — free calculators for fitness and nutrition (including restaurant-specific ones like Chipotle, Dunkin, Cava, and Qdoba) that are accurate to peer-reviewed science, load instantly, and require zero sign-up. Ever.
The approach evolved as I added real user needs: people don't just want BMI — they want to reverse-engineer a goal weight. They don't just want "calories burned" — they want rucking-specific calculations with pack load factored in.
