Hey Product Hunt! I built ForgeHealth because I was tired of fitness apps that just log what you do. I wanted one that actually helps you decide.
Most apps wait for you to tell them what you ate. ForgeHealth generates your meal plan, builds it around what's actually in your fridge, and has an AI coach that knows your macros, your workouts, and your goals. Not a generic chatbot.
Fridge Mode was the first thing I built. Add what you have at home and AI creates meals around those ingredients. No random recipes requiring a grocery run.
