FOMI
Turn forms into processes that run themselves
Fomi is a form builder for teams that need more than just answers: conditional logic, response quotas, automatic closing dates, scoring, and notifications — all without code. Instead of manually stitching together spreadsheets and emails, you define the rules once and Fomi runs them on every response. Perfect for registrations, applications, surveys, and screening processes that need to become an operational workflow, not just data collection.

I'm Daniel, the maker behind Fomi. I built Fomi after noticing that most "form builders" stop at collecting answers — and the real work (checking quotas, sending follow-up emails, deciding what happens next based on each response) still gets done by hand across spreadsheets and email threads. Fomi turns every form into a process: conditional logic, quotas with automatic closing, scoring, webhooks, and notifications — all configurable without code. I'd love to hear how you currently handle registration/application workflows, and what you'd want to see in Fomi. I'll be here all day answering questions 🙌

Who hunted FOMI?
FOMI was hunted by Dan Alarcon. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
