Fluxway

Your users should hear from you. Now they actually will.

Lifecycle email tools make you write the templates, blast them from a marketing domain, and report opens. Fluxway does the opposite. It reads each user's real PostHog activity and drafts a personal note in your voice. It grades every draft on five checks before it sends from your own Gmail. No segments. No tracking pixels. It proves lift against a real 10% holdout, not opens.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Suyash, solo founder. I built Fluxway out of guilt, honestly. Every time someone signed up, hit an aha moment, or quietly went cold, I knew the right move was a personal email. The "hey, saw you got stuck there, can I help?" note. I almost never sent it. I don't type that fast, and there are only so many hours in a day. Every lifecycle tool I tried (Loops, Customer.io) wanted me to sit down and write templates, then blast them from a marketing domain and stare at open rates. That's not the problem I had. I didn't need a better blaster. I needed someone to actually write the emails. So Fluxway does that: → It reads each user's real PostHog activity and drafts a personal note in your voice. Per person, not a segment. → A second AI grades every draft on five checks (grounded in real activity, sounds like you, one ask, right length, safe to send). Only the ones that clear your bar go out. → It sends from your own Gmail, so it reads as a real 1:1 email, not a broadcast. Two opinions I built in on purpose, and I'd love to argue about both in the comments: 1. Zero tracking pixels. An open was never a result, and pixels are exactly what get personal email flagged as spam. I refuse to add them. 2. It proves the emails actually worked. It quietly keeps a small, random group of your users email-free as a control, then shows you how much better the ones who got emails did. Real proof, instead of a vanity open-rate dashboard. If there isn't enough signal yet, it says so. A few things I'd actually love your take on: - Would you trust an AI to send from your inbox, or does that make you twitch? (Be honest, the answer shapes the roadmap.) - For the no-pixel stance: refreshing, or do you actually want open tracking? Roast it, question it, tell me where I'm wrong. I'm here all day 🙏
