FlowSync
Connect your WordPress site to your CRM.
FlowSync is a native WordPress CRM and email marketing sync plugin built to help WordPress site owners automate contact management without relying on external automation platforms like Zapier or Make. The core problem FlowSync solves is that most WordPress sites collect valuable customer and membership activity, but that data rarely stays properly synced with the business’s CRM or email marketing platform. FlowSync solves that by allowing the admin to sync all user data based on site events.
Top comment
FlowSync started from a problem I kept seeing repeatedly while supporting WordPress membership and ecommerce websites: Customer and member data was constantly falling out of sync between WordPress and CRMs. Site owners were exporting CSV files manually, fixing broken automations, cleaning duplicate contacts, or relying on Zapier setups that did not really understand how WordPress works internally. Most automation tools treat WordPress like a generic webhook source. But WordPress has its own ecosystem and logic: * membership plans * WooCommerce orders * subscription renewals * user roles * LMS enrollments * custom user meta So I built FlowSync to work natively inside WordPress and understand those concepts directly. The project actually evolved quite a bit while building it. Initially, I was building a broader workflow automation plugin. But after working through real-world use cases, I realized the bigger pain point was CRM and customer data synchronization specifically. That changed the direction of the product completely. Today, FlowSync focuses on helping WordPress sites sync users, customers, and members with platforms like Brevo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and Klaviyo based on what is happening on the site in real time. A few things that make it different: * Runs entirely inside WordPress * No middleware relay between the website and CRM * Event-driven sync workflows * Bidirectional sync support * Understands WordPress membership and ecommerce events natively * One-time purchase model instead of another monthly SaaS bill Right now, I’m focused on expanding integrations, improving conditional workflows, and making FlowSync the best native WordPress-to-CRM sync layer possible for membership sites, WooCommerce stores, and online businesses. Would genuinely love feedback from the Product Hunt and WordPress community.
