Flows started as a tool that writes articles for websites. As more people began asking AI for answers instead of searching, a bigger gap stood out: visitors ask a site questions, and most sites can't answer them. A search bar matches keywords. A generic chatbot guesses.
So Flows answers from the site's own products, pages and data. Product details come straight from the store: variants, price, stock, part numbers and compatible parts. The chat also does what a shopper would otherwise click through: adding to cart, tracking an order, booking and paying for an appointment.
On the owner's side, the questions customers ask show up in your dashboard, including requests for products you don't stock yet.
