Flowboards

Visual flowchart layer for your existing Trello boards

A Trello Power-Up that transforms your board into an interactive flowchart. Visualize lists and cards as a process map, edit Trello from the canvas, and save your board layout.

Top comment

Flowboards started from a frustration I kept seeing: teams using Trello well, but losing visibility the moment workflows got complex. The board view is great for managing tasks, but it hides how work actually flows: the dependencies, the decision points, the parallel paths. The obvious fix was "just use Miro or Lucidchart." But that creates a different problem: now your process map lives somewhere else, disconnects from your real data, and goes stale within weeks. So we built Flowboards: a Trello Power-Up that adds a live visual flowchart layer directly on top of your existing boards. No new tool to learn, no manual sync, no context switching. Your Trello data, visualized the way work actually moves. Would love feedback from anyone who's hit this wall with Trello. Happy to answer anything.
