Flok
The easiest way to find when your whole group is free
Flok makes planning with friends simple by starting with availability. Create a group, mark the days you can’t make it, and instantly see which dates work best for everyone. No polls, spreadsheets, or endless “when are you free?” messages in the group chat. Flok gives your group one shared calendar so you can spend less time coordinating and more time actually making plans.
Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I built Flok because making plans with friends somehow always turns into the same conversation:
“When are you free?”
“I can’t Friday.”
“What about next weekend?”
“Wait, who can make Saturday?”
The problem isn’t that we don’t want to make plans — it’s that figuring out when everyone is actually free is way harder than it should be.
So I built Flok around a simple idea: availability first.
Create a flok, invite your friends, and everyone marks the days they can’t make it. Flok brings that availability together in one shared calendar, so you can immediately see which dates work best for the group.
No polls. No spreadsheets. No digging through a group chat trying to remember who said they were busy.
Flok is live now, and I’d love for you to try it with your friends. If you end up using it, I’d love to hear about your experience and any feedback you have!
Thanks for checking out Flok!

Flok was hunted by Sid Surana. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
