FlexLog

Log sets, reps, weights and rest timers from your wrist

FlexLog keeps strength-training logging on your wrist. Track exercises, sets, reps and weight, run rest timers, reuse workout templates and review history. It works standalone on Wear OS, with optional phone sync and a one-time Pro upgrade.

Top comment

I built FlexLog because taking out a phone between every gym set adds unnecessary friction to something that should take a few seconds. FlexLog keeps the main strength-training workflow on Wear OS: choose an exercise, log reps and weight, start a rest timer, move to the next set, and review the workout later. You can also build reusable workout templates and access active-workout information from Wear OS surfaces. The free version includes the core workout logger, one reusable custom template, and recent history. FlexLog Pro is a one-time upgrade for unlimited templates, full history, and custom exercises. There’s no subscription. I’m interested in feedback from people who actually lift with a smartwatch: what still makes watch-based workout logging feel slower than it should?
