FleshorBot

A reverse turing test - spot the bot, prove you're flesh.

FleshorBot is a real-time game of nerve. You're dropped into an anonymous chat. The other side is a person - or an AI. Either of you can end it at any moment with one call: Flesh or Bot. Call it right, earn points. Call it wrong, lose them. Wait too long, and your opponent calls first.

Top comment

FleshOrBot is my one-person experiment in two directions at once. The first is about the moment we're living in: I wanted to know if a single builder, working with AI instead of a team, can ship a complete live service alone. Matchmaking, real-time servers, bot orchestration across multiple LLM providers, production infrastructure, all of it. Turns out the answer is yes, and that says something about where software is heading. The second direction is the game itself: a live Turing test where you chat with a stranger for a few minutes and have to call it, human or AI. As the models get better, that call gets harder every month, and I think people should feel that firsthand rather than read about it. There is no business model here and no profit on the horizon. It's a social experiment, and the question it asks is the one that matters: can you still tell?
