Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Aqib, the maker of Flatfight. If you sell software, courses or memberships on Stripe, you know the dispute email: the payment plus a $15 fee leave your balance, and you have a few days to prove the customer really got what they paid for. Stripe's Smart Disputes can answer for you, but it keeps 30% of whatever it wins back, and it only sees what's in Stripe. The strongest evidence usually isn't in Stripe at all. It's that the customer logged in, used the product, finished the lessons or emailed support after paying. Flatfight pulls that in from PostHog, Segment, RudderStack, Teachable, Thinkific, Intercom, Help Scout or a CSV, adds Stripe's own data such as earlier undisputed payments for Visa Compelling Evidence 3.0, and builds a response that follows Stripe's evidence guidelines.
